Project Coordinator/Assistant Project Manager (Onsite Supervision)
Job Type: Full time
Location: Santa Rosa Beach, FL (within 30 minutes preferred)
Pay Range: Open (includes travel, gas, per diem, etc.)

Position Mission: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator / Assistant Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support project management activities, coordinate communication among stakeholders, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Job Duties:
  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and closing residential construction projects.
  • Maintain project documentation, including contracts, schedules, change orders, and reports.
  • Act as a liaison between subcontractors, suppliers, and clients, ensuring all parties are informed of project status and changes.
  • Help develop and monitor project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
  • Assist in tracking project budgets and expenses, identifying variances, and supporting financial reporting.
  • Support site visits and inspections, documenting progress and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Help ensure adherence to safety standards and quality benchmarks throughout the construction process.
  • Identify potential project challenges and propose solutions to keep projects on track.

Additional Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or management within the residential construction industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
